I contacted Randy on December 29, 2024 and he informed me that his next available appointment would be Jan 2, 2025. Randy came and diagnosed my furnace and informed me that my heat pump had gone out and I would need a new one. I was financed the same day and Randy and his team installed my furnace the next day. Thank you guys for the level of professionalism that you provided and for the quick turnaround!!!

I highly recommend Quality Heating & Cooling! They took great care of me during the recent Indianapolis winter storm we had with sub zero temperatures. My pipes were frozen and Randy Swindle, owner, personally took care of my issue. Their service is exceptional and fast! He solved my problem in less than 20 minutes. Very inexpensive!

Product or service reviewed: Outdoor AC unit

My AC unit had been making a weird noise. Was recommended by multiple people to a Randy and Quality heating and Air. Came out next day, told me my issue, was honest and saved me money overall. New ac unit installed in 2 hours! If you’re without ac or heat, call them and they will get your fixed fast!

Very impressed with Randy and his crew! As soon as they arrived they got down to business. They had my old system tore out, a new line set ran, new system installed and cleaned up within 3 hours time! Randy has always be honest and reasonable, I will never use another company. They may be a dime a dozen, but you won’t get service nor quality that you do with Quality, their name says it all!!!!
